Policies

​

ARRIVAL
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service. Arrival past 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time will result in cancellation, however the full payment will still be charged.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty. Your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

SICKNESS OR EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW
As a courtesy, I attempt to send appointment reminders 72-24 hours prior to your scheduled time, either by text, email and/or social media; however it is your responsibility to remember appointment date and time. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you 'no show' or reschedule your appointment within 4 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. If this is not paid, then future appointments will be declined.

SECURING AN APPOINTMENT

Appointments are to be made via Fresha.com and secured with a valid card. No payment is taken until after the treatment(s) has been carried out. This card will be charged following the Cancellation & No Show Policy if necessary. Payment is required at time of service.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not permitted for any service provided. If you have any concerns or issues, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment and I will strive to rectify these.

OTHER ARTISTS' WORK
If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at Beauty by Eleri Ffion, my priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.

ATTEND THE APPOINTMENT BY YOURSELF

Due to insurance purposes and the small treatment space, friends and family are not permitted in the treatment room. There is a small waiting area, however I cannot guarantee there will be seating. For this reason, you should attend your appointment alone. This includes children of all ages. Whilst I understand this can be frustrating, it is a safety issue for both us and your child. Please ensure you have childcare arranged prior to your appointment; if you have to reschedule on the day you will be liable for the cancellation fee.
